“James was brought in as an expert builder to take-over a half-finished build from another group. James‘ hands-on, calm, can-do attitude, and amazing level of organisation soon had the job on-track and the resulting finished product looks amazing. The job involved structurally securing the bathroom, pouring a new concrete slab, extending the house out by 1.5 metres to create two bathrooms where there was once one, and then fitting out the high end bathrooms and laundry.”
