ENQUIRY

SITE MEETING
We’ll meet you onsite to introduce ourselves and discuss your plans. We can also take you on a tour of some recent builds so you can see the quality of our work.

PLAN CONSULTATION
If your plans are already drawn up, we’ll move on to providing a cost estimate. If you haven’t finalised your plans we can work through this process with you, and meet with you and your architect to create a home design that aligns with your budget and lifestyle.

PRICING AND SPECIFICATIONS
We’ll provide a detailed build estimate and sit down with you to review pricing, the project timeline, schedule of works and product specifications. By going through a spec sheet together, we ensure accurate pricing from the start—eliminating the need for revisions and ensuring everything aligns with your vision.

MASTER BUILDERS CONTRACT
If you’re happy with everything we create the Master Builders contract for your approval. We also offer the Master Build 10-Year Guarantee which has protected more than 140,000 homes over the past 25 years. Find out more about the guarantee here.

COUNCIL APPROVAL AND CONSENTS
While your plans are being reviewed in the local government authority, we’ll get all the information ready to go out to our subcontractors. Council approval can take up to 20 working days, so this is a great time to choose paint colours, products, and fittings. When we’ve received council approval we’ll arrange a time for you to meet with the site foreman for your build. If there are any issues with the approval of your plans, we’ll work with your architect and the council to resolve these.

BUILDING COMMENCES
This is where the magic happens and the building begins! We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

CODE OF COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE
AND FINAL INSPECTION
As we near the end of the build we’ll obtain the Code of Compliance certificate and organise the final site inspection. This is usually a week before your move-in date to allow time for any required changes and quality control.

MOVE IN!
It’s time to move in and enjoy your new space! When you move into your new home we’ll complete a Master Builders checklist with you. We’re only a phone call away if you need anything.
