Situated in one of the most exclusive areas of Perth, this 1939 heritage listed home was in need of an expert team to preserve its character whilst bringing the home into the 21st Century.

As one of the first homes in the area, and in keeping with the Western Australian style of building, the home is constructed from double brick walls.

The Peppermint Grove project consisted of a re-roof, a large extension, renovation to existing wet area rooms as well as transforming a separate space into a home gym and garage.

Great care was taken on this project to match intricate details and finishes required to restore the homes character, such as copper spouting and downpipes, tile selections and finishing trims.
