Inspired by the ocean and relaxed lifestyle of Waihi Beach, this home is perched on The Crescent, offering panoramic views over the village and out to Tūhua Island.
A strong and collaborative relationship was formed with our clients throughout the build, with the main themes being transparency and open communication.
Constructed during the challenges of the Covid-19 period, this project faced a few pauses and restarts. Navigating these uncertainties required careful planning, and proactive coordination when it came to sourcing and pre-ordering materials. With a our dedicated team, the home was successfully delivered within 12 months.
The exterior features a striking mix of vertical stria and cedar cladding, complemented by face brick feature walls that add character and Pop!
Window lights throughout fill the home with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere, while the kitchen remains fun and welcoming.
Upstairs, expansive bi-fold windows open into a cosy sitting area, enhancing the indoor-outdoor flow and capturing the breathtaking views. A generous front deck provides the perfect space to soak up the sun and enjoy a morning cuppa in comfort.
