Project Description

Completed in 2021, this four-storey residence is positioned on the banks of the Swan River in Western Australia.

Extensive six-month earthworks sculpted the natural cliffs to accommodate the home, which is built from timber-frames with weatherboard cladding, wrapped in steel balustrades and dressed in white.

This was a large-scale project that spanned two years from start to completion. It incorporates many beautiful spaces including a home office, lift, infinity pool, vehicle turntable, and an outdoor kitchen designed for enjoying Perth’s balmy evenings.
