Project Description

Situated in Waihi Beach, the Farm road residence was in need of a spring re-fresh.

The existing internal layout of the home was re-configured in order to maximise space and functionality.

The process involved building a new kitchen and bathroom as well as replacing all of the existing joinery.

The Farm Road residence also required new insulation, ceiling and wall linings as well as painting.

Conversion of an old, exterior room into an internally accessible sun-room with large bi-fold doors lead out to a new deck overlooking the views to the North.

The Farm Road project was completed in 2016.
