Project Description

With in-door, out-door living in mind, the Seaforth Road Studio’s were dreamed up.

Located a short walk across the road from the beach, the Seaforth Road property contains two, small, separate studio spaces with a connecting and covered deck area.

One studio contains a kitchen, living and laundry space.

Each studio has a multi-use loft floor, large enough to contain a double bed.

Both studios have bathrooms containing showers tiled to full height.

The joinery is a strong feature piece of these tiny homes. Cantilevered over-sliding doors open the studios out to the sunny deck area, overlooking rolling hills and farmland.

Although small, this beautiful home is designed to give indoor-outdoor flow while offering simple contemporary living.

The Seaforth Road studios were completed in 2018.
