Project Description

The Ian Place residence has classic kiwi bach character, typical of the old baches located around Waihi Beach.

The Ian Place residence is just a hop, skip and a jump from the beach.

Finished on the exterior with board and batten cladding in a neutral palette, combined with light coloured timbers and similar tones to the interior give this residence a warm, homely and beachy feel.

The large alfresco and deck area is the perfect place for a barbecue on summer evenings after a day at the beach.

The Ian Place residence was completed in 2016.
