The Beange residence is the ultimate family home.

Just a short walk from Mt Maunganui beach, the Beange residence offers luxuries such as an open plan kitchen, living and dining that opens out to a large outdoor entertaining space and backyard as well as a sauna and hot tub.

Artful landscaping and homely touches by the Beanges’ tie the home together and give a warm, homely feel.

The Sunrise Avenue project involved stripping the existing 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home back completely. Some spaces were re-configured while all floor, ceiling, wall linings and insulation were replaced.

The home was re-roofed with added skylights to draw natural light into the loft and the exterior was re-clad and painted.

A specialised concrete slab was poured along with various timber decks around the entry and back-yard.

Interior decorative finishes were installed throughout the home and new bathrooms.

The steam sauna was built using specialised timbers and building method, it can fit up to 8.

The feature timber around the hot tub was built to suit other exterior features.

The Beange residence was completed in 2022.
