Located a stones throw away from Wannanup Beach is the Seaview Place residence.

The Seaview Place residence sits atop a hill at the end of a quiet cul de sac and overlooks the Wannanup surf break.

With very hot summers in mind, the Seaview Place residence was designed to maximise passive heating and cooling while also maximising the seaviews.

Configuration of the residence on the site, with thoughtful placement of joinery allow breeze to flow continuously in and out of the home all year around.

Built using concrete, timber frames and thermally insulated wall panels, the home stays warm during the cooler months and cool during the summer.

Other features include a large void entry-way, a floating staircase, full height tiles to all wet areas, polished concrete, entertaining terrace and a floating garden.

The Seaview Place residence has a large 420m2 footprint and was completed in 2018.
