Project Description

Located in the suburb Swanbourne, Perth, is the Swanbourne residence.

Originally built in 1957, and with double bricks, as are many others in this exclusive area, the home was in need of a little love.

After originally being engaged to complete a couple of small jobs at this residence, the client expressed interest in a larger project, so we worked closely together from the design stage to completion.

The existing home underwent a truly beautiful transformation with a new essence of Hampton style.

The project involved extending the home to create a new kitchen, living and dining room, and two existing bathrooms were updated.

The home was re-roofed with skylights installed and the roofline was improved.

An outdoor entertaining area was built to flow into the new kitchen/dining space.

This project was completed in 2019.
